This course is to serve several purposes and to discuss the process of why the behavior exists and what steps we need to take as real estate agents to minimize a negative impact on and in the housing process and more importantly, what steps we should take proactively to resolve this issue in our real estate practice. Satisfies 2 hours of implicit bias.
