The goal of this course is to emphasize why compliance with the law of agency and adherence to the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics provides a better real estate experience for the consumer. This course is designed to meet the Department of State agency education requirement as well as the ethics education requirement of the National Association of REALTORS®. It is designed to reach the adult learner, acknowledging that different people learn differently. The structure and format of the course depend upon the use of varied teaching techniques in order to reach the broadest number of learners. Concepts of the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics and NYS Law of Agency are included through a variety of participatory exercises, both group and individual, video presentation and case examples.  Satisfies 3 hours of COE.
