This course is designed to reach the adult learner, acknowledging that learning happens in different ways for different people. The structure and format of the course depend on the use of varied learning techniques in order to reach the broadest number of learners.  Concepts of the NYS Real Property Law and the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics are included as well as, Case Studies from the National Association of REALTORS® and decisions from NYS Department of State. Emphasis is placed on compliance with both in order to provide a better real estate experience for the consumer.
